Transport Design International is an engineering and design consultancy business specialising in road, rail and marine transport. The company was growing fast, but its telephone system was creaking. Cordless telephones were unreliable, batteries kept failing and calls were being lost.
After a free Health Check and Site Survey, Telecom Central was awarded the work for a new system. The survey identified an urgent need for more cabling and a more robust platform because the business had outgrown the infrastructure of its building.
Telecom Central carried out the work to an agreed plan, including installing brand new CAT6 cabling and an Avaya IP Office 500 V2 system, allowing the office greater flexibility to take and transfer calls without interruption.
