Panasonic Firmware Upgrade

Telecom Central was asked via a referral to help a customer with a problematic telephone system. The business was running a Panasonic telephone system on firmware from early 2004, leaving it insecure, limited in functionality and too outdated for Panasonic to support effectively.

Telecom Central discussed the situation with the customer and came up with a plan to improve efficiency, security and flexibility so the system could better support growth. On site, the team replaced the old 32MB SD card with a 2GB SD card and installed the latest firmware.

They also backed up and restored the original configuration so the system continued to function as before, and repaired the message card so outgoing messages could be recorded properly. The customer was described as extremely happy with the outcome.
