Broadband within 24 hours!

Telecom Central received an urgent call from a stressed customer after the business had inadvertently cancelled a telephone line with another provider and lost its broadband connection. The broadband was with another IT supplier that was not being very helpful about restoring the service.

Because Telecom Central already looked after the customer’s lines and had a good relationship with them, one of its engineers was sent out to help. The engineer organised a Fast Track broadband connection and got the service live within 24 hours, then re-programmed the router with the new broadband credentials.

The customer, a dental surgery in Droitwich, said Telecom Central was a great provider, that it was slowly moving all services to them as contracts expired elsewhere, and that the team was very helpful, knowledgeable and highly recommended.
