Select Lifestyles were established in 2007 to provide support services to adults with learning difficulties across the West Midlands. Telecom Central has supported Select Lifestyles through its continued growth, becoming its telephone and communications partner across more than 30 sites.
The team worked closely with Select Lifestyles’ senior management to install, manage and maintain telephone systems, leased lines, connectivity and broader communications needs across supported living accommodation, shared housing, respite services, day centres and the head office.
After meeting Dave Hamilton, the Select Lifestyles team said they ‘haven’t looked back’. The organisation wanted a reliable local telecommunications company and described Telecom Central as knowledgeable, passionate and attentive to its particular needs. The relationship grew from helping with telephone lines that were out of contract to installing a business telephone system when the head office relocated and building a bespoke telecoms infrastructure alongside the company’s IT consultants.
