New Avaya IP Office system

Telecom Central was commissioned by Western Trading to replace an ageing Panasonic telephone system at its Birmingham office. Western Trading, a commercial property developer, had grown organically over several years and needed to update its technology to keep pace and support aggressive expansion plans.

After assessing the existing systems and hardware, Telecom Central concluded that a new solution would save time, improve scalability and deliver much better communication and customer service. The company needed functionality that its current system could not provide.

The outcome was a new Avaya IP Office system with voicemail, auto attendant, call queuing and remote access to voicemail. While on site, Telecom Central also helped complete the network cabling infrastructure after another cabling company let the customer down. The customer described the installation as professional and said the new system would help the business grow.
