Telecom Central installed and manage a VoIP telephone system for Trevor Jones & Co, a firm of Chartered Accountants and Auditors based in Erdington, Birmingham. The firm had been looking to upgrade from its legacy phone system to a cloud-based system to support growth and development.
Telecom Central designed a new system tailored to the firm’s needs after understanding how the team used its current phone system and what it expected from a hosted VoIP platform. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the system enabled all staff to work remotely from home by taking their desk handsets home and plugging them in there.
Trevor Jones & Co said remote working was simple and effective with Telecom Central’s help, and that the support provided by Dave and Jamie made it much easier for the team to work productively in a new environment.
